I have been thinking about implementing this rule for a while, and finally think that this could work. If you want a top rank such as a head or Beta, or even Alpha, you can challenge someone already in that rank like in the wild. You do not need the Alpha's permission to challenge someone, but you do need to ask what the outcome will be. Do with this new rule what you will xD
